If you are approved for one of our products or services, this information will be used to service your account and to set up the automatic funds transfer processes. If you allow us to see your banking information online rather than in paper form, it is on a read-only basis. We do not have access to change, edit, or modify bank account information with your bank in any way. Further, our employees cannot view your banking username and passwords.

 In order to fulfill your request, we will endeavor to verify your identity by matching the information you provide with the information we have in our systems. To designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf, please email a written authorization signed by you authorizing the agent to make the request on your behalf and which contains the name and contact information of you and your authorized agent. 


If we are able to verify your identity, we will cease the sharing of information with trusted businesses described above. We will notify all third parties to whom we have sold your information within 90 days prior to our receipt of your request that you have exercised your right to opt-out and instruct them not to further sell your information.
